NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from the parties/firms for the development of LAWN in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Charbatia campus. The quotations are invited by the undersigned up to 1.00 P.M. of 29th October 2008.  Quotations should be sent under strong sealed cover marked as quotation for development of LAWN and not by name.  The quotations will be opened in the O/O the undersigned at 11.30 A.M. on 30th October 2008.

The interested parties/firms are instructed to deposit a crossed Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque amounting Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) payable on SBI, Charbatia code No.2040 in favour of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Charbatia as E.M.D.  In case the party is selected to get the supply order, the amount of E.M.D. @ 10% will be deposited (with the adjustment of EMD& deposit of balance) in shape of DD/Banker’s Cheque as above for the order.  Other farms will be refunded the E.M.D. of Rs.500/-.

If the firm will fail to deposit the E.M.D. @ 10% for the order the amount of Rs.500/- E.M.D. for quotation will be forfeited and the order will be cancelled.

The quoted rates should be F.O.R. and should include excise duty, sales tax, freight charges and any other taxes or imposition whatever liable in respect of the supply.  The Vidyalaya shall not be liable to pay any tax, freight etc., which has been expressly stipulated in the quotation in the event of acceptance of quotation. Income Tax clearance/OST clearance/CST clearance/VAT clearance certificates must be enclosed with the quotation.

In addition to the above the instructions given in the tender invitation form should be strictly adhered otherwise the quotations will be summarily rejected. The specification is given below:
